Larry Marker is running for State Land Commissioner as an Independent candidate. Did you know that an Independent Candidate for a state office must get 14,000 signatures!!! This is a herculean task. Do you know how hard it is to get in front of 14,000 people in 2 months?? Trust me it is jacked up hard. My belief is that THEY make it hard to keep it a 2 Party System.
